Hands down the single greatest subway experience I've had in over a year. Everyone was super friendly, extremely patient and accurate. Lightning quick and kind. They've got a great thing going on there

I've written elsewhere about how Subway has overall, altogether become "meh" but this location has more consistently fulfilled orders accurately. They're a few minutes' drive further than the closer Haile location but especially if they've been my convenient go-to with a loved one in the hospital they've seldom disappointed. Their being right beside a big regional hospital, with people on any given day far more likely to be stressed out, including patients and hospital staff both, who might take a botched order far less kindly than I, probably motivates them to do right. I can appreciate that. Of course, a standard barometer for any take-out and especially fast food is not getting sick, and I haven't once in recent years felt ill after a meal from this Subway, so that's a plus no matter what.

The subs were fresh and delicious. Had a lot of subs to order and they kept up with great attitudes. Clean dining area and restrooms were nice.

We were here at least 30, maybe 45 minutes waiting to get a sandwich made. One of the guys making the sandwiches moved like it was his first day with human hands. That was so frustrating I completely forgot, I would've added spinach to my sandwich but it was wilted and nasty so I skipped it. In all fairness, it was probably fresh when I entered the store. I never mentioned this to the man with new hands, out of fear that he also got a new mouth that day.

This place is spacious, clean and well equipped. There were three employees, that handled the line really well. Great location. The sandwich was delicious.

This place has single-handedly redeemed my faith in Subway. The atmosphere is good, place is clean, the service is outstanding and the food literally looks so fresh! I've had a couple bad experiences with Subways in and/or near the Gainesville area but I'm so happy we gave this location a chance. I was so happy with everything that I went back again the next day, bc even though it's a bit of a drive for me it was worth it. Not to mention, Hunter and Jessica Y are on point with their customer service. I was greeted with a smile and "hello" which is important to me as a customer. They smiled the whole time, patiently answered questions and were happy to indulge in small talk. Thanks and I will be back!

I usually love subway but this food tasted funny.. No other way to describe it. We were on the road so there was no way to go back so I just threw it away.
